<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for obtaining a good-apparance printed matter by applying image processing according to the size of a printing medium. <P>SOLUTION: The image processing apparatus includes: a step of acquiring first image data; a step of acquiring the size of a printing medium to be used to print the first image data; a step of converting the color of pixels having brightness of a predetermined first threshold value or more into a color of brightness lower than that in the case where the size of the printing medium is a second size smaller than the first size to generate second image data when the printing medium has the first size in the first image data; and a step of instructing to print the second image data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
