ROOF STRUCTURE AND WATERPROOF SUBSTRATE MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ventilation of a lower portion of a roofing material while having sufficient weatherability and strength even in the use of a synthetic resin corrugated plate.

SOLUTION: This roof structure includes: a rafter 10; a sheathing roof board 11 which has an undersurface supported on the rafter 10; a corrugated plate structure 12 which is arranged on the sheathing roof board 11 and in which the plurality of corrugated plates 13 are arranged in the state of partially overlapping one another; a crosspiece 14 which is arranged on the corrugated plate structure 12; a tile 15 which is arranged on the crosspiece 14; a fixing nail 20 which is driven into the sheathing roof board 11 and the rafter 10 in this order through a corrugation top portion 13a of the corrugated plate structure 12; and a fastening nail 22 which is driven into the crosspiece 14 from the tile 15. A protrusion 13c forming a gap between itself and another corrugated plate 13 is formed on the corrugated plate 13.
