PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shrinkable film which is rigid to be peeled even if processed in high temperature and which is formed by laminating, on an intermediate layer consisting essentially of polystyrene resin, a front and a rear layer consisting essentially of polyester resin through adhesive layers, and to provide a heat-shrinkable label and a container mounting the label. SOLUTION: In the heat-shrinkable film having an adhesive layer between an intermediate layer consisting essentially of polystyrene resin and the front and the rear layer consisting essentially of polyester resin; the adhesive layer is formed with rigid polyester resin and, other than the rigid polyester resin, with polyester resin, flexible styrenic resin, rigid styrenic resin or their mixtures.
