摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of measuring a droplet discharge amount discharged from a droplet discharge apparatus with high accuracy regardless of solvent evaporation or the concentration of a solid component, and to provide a method of manufacturing an organic EL apparatus utilizing the droplet discharge amount measuring method. SOLUTION: In order to measure the amount of the droplets M of functional liquid discharged by an inkjet type droplet discharge apparatus 2 to which the functional liquid containing the solid component and a solvent are introduced, the droplets M of the functional liquid are discharged and landed on a test surface 11, the solvent is made to evaporate from the droplets M so that solid dots D are left. Here, the droplets M are deposited and condensed as the solvent evaporates from the droplets M and the area of the solid dots D is made narrower than the landed area of the droplets M.
