摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner which has high heat resistant preservability and has high fixability even in the case of pressure fixing of a toner image on a transfer material using a pressure fixing device of a low pressure (for example, a linear pressure 7 kg/cm (1 kg/cm is 9.8 N/cm)) and is free from fixing offset, and to provide an image forming method. SOLUTION: The toner for electrostatic charge image development is obtained by aggregating and fusing at least resin particles and colorant particles in an aqueous medium, and the resin particles have a core-shell structure obtained by forming shell layers on surfaces of core particles, and a resin forming the core particles has a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of 5,000 to 15,000 and has a glass transition temperature of 0 to 10°C, and the core particles have a circularity of≥0.950.
