PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement system for dispensing with complex adjustment work for matching of light focusing positions of lenses. SOLUTION: The measurement system includes: a light source section 100 for applying light; a lens 200 for focusing light applied from the light source section 100 at a prescribed light focusing position; a light detection section 500 for detecting light; and a magnetic field generation section 300 that generates a magnetic field and is disposed near the light focusing position of the lens 200. The lens 200 includes: a first incidence surface 211; a second incidence surface 221; a first emission surface 212; and a second emission surface 222. The light source section 100 opposes the first incidence surface 211; the light detection section 500 opposes the second emission surface 222; and the light focusing position of the lens 200 opposes both of the first emission surface 212 and the second incidence surface 221.
