PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience for use and productivity while maintaining a cooling effect. SOLUTION: A body cooling spacer 1 has a sheet shape. The spacer 1 includes: a first sheet member 2 forming a first surface S1 of the spacer 1; and a second sheet member 3 disposed facing the first sheet member 2 and forming a second surface of the spacer 1. The first sheet member 2 includes: a first face material part 2a extending in the first surface S1; and a plurality of first projecting parts 2b projecting from the first surface material part 2a toward the second sheet member 3. The second sheet member 3 includes: a second face material part 3a extending in the second surface S2; and a plurality of second projecting parts 3b projecting from the second face material part 2a toward the first sheet member 2. The first projecting parts 2b are fitted to the second projecting parts 3b, thereby supporting the first surface material part 2a and the second surface material part 3a separately to form an air passage 4 therebetween, and a plurality of vent holes 5 communicating with the air passage 4 are formed at least on the first surface material part 2a.
