PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixer capable of highly efficiently generating foam of fine texture. SOLUTION: This mixer 1A includes a cup 10 to be placed on the upper surface of a mixer body 100, a rotary shaft 14 penetrating through the center of the cup 10, a driven coupling member 17 fixed to the lower end of the rotary shaft 14 and coupled to a driving coupling member 102 of the mixer body 100, and a beater 20A attached to the rotary shaft 14 in the interior of the cup 10.
