PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicament spraying device for administering a medicament to a target region reliably and evenly regardless of the state of a subject or the like. SOLUTION: The medicament spraying device 1 for administering a medicinal solution containing the medicament to the target region of a living body by spraying includes a mouth piece 10 held to be positioned relative to the target region, a medicament flow passage 13 which is provided to be positioned on the mouth piece 10 and has one end branched into a plurality of branching flow passages and the other end merging into one flow passage, a plurality of spraying ports provided to communicate with respective ends of the plurality of branching flow passages, a medicinal solution supply part 30 provided to communicate with the medicament flow passage 13 and for supplying the medicinal solution to the medicament flow passage, and a voltage generating part 40 for applying a prescribed voltage to the medicinal solution.
