PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor device for preventing crack of a drive magnet without generating vibration of the drive magnet, and to provide a method for manufacturing the motor device. SOLUTION: In the motor 1 used for a pump device 100, a rotor member 40 includes a seat portion 45 for receiving one end surface of a cylindrical drive magnet 42, and a cylindrical magnet attaching portion 44 upright from the seat portion 45 and fitted to the inside of the drive magnet 42. The drive magnet 42 and the magnet attaching portion 44 have a clearance for forming a gap 420 between the inner circumferential surface of the drive magnet 42 and the outer circumferential surface of the magnet attaching portion 44, and a sealing member 49 formed by solidifying a silicone resin is intervened between the inner circumferential surface of the drive magnet 42 and the outer circumferential surface of the magnet attaching portion 44 in the gap 420.
