PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dial that prevents appearance degradation caused by printing deviation and produces novelty. SOLUTION: The dial 1 is formed by printing in the following order, on the surface of a base 10 formed of a transparent material in a plate shape, a first printed layer 11 constituting an annular frame 8 and a scale and a second printed layer 12 constituting a scale and figures in white and constituting a light-shielding part 9 covering part other than the scale, the figures, and the frame 8. An overlap area 20 in which the first printed layer 11 and the second printed layer 12 overlap each other is provided on the inner edge part of the frame 8. Halftone dots 11A are provided on the part positioned on the overlap area 20 of the first printed layer 11. Halftone dots 12A are provided on the part positioned on the overlap area 20 of the second printed layer 12.
