The compressor has a rotating surface for opening and closing an output of a crank press (3), and a crankshaft running synchronous with a worm gear shaft (4). A closing surface is formed as a part of the worm gear shaft and reinforced by ribs. A worm conveyor receives crushed and compressed domestic wastes for directly filling the wastes in a refuse bag (5), where the refuse bag is directly fastened at the worm conveyor. An electromotor (18) is combined with a planetary gear (19) for forming a drive for operating mechanical assemblies.
