A solar cell module (1) is provided with: a first board-like member (11) which has translucency and configures a light receiving surface; a second board-like member (12) having translucency; a solar cell (13); and a translucent sealing resin section (14) which seals the solar cell (13) between the first board-like member (11) and the second board-like member (12). The second board-like member (12) is provided with an extraction wiring lead-out hole (12h) which leads out extraction wiring (17) connected to the solar cell (13), and the translucent sealing resin section (14) is formed to extend to between the extraction wiring (17) and the extraction wiring lead-out hole (12h).
