The invention relates to an electrical connection system for electrically connecting an internal electrical device (2) intended to be placed inside the body of an animal and an external electrical device (3) intended to be placed outside the animal's body, said system comprising a cable (4) intended to be placed at least partially inside the animal's body and containing at least one electrical wire. One of the ends of the cable (4) includes a first connection means (5) for connecting the at least one electrical wire to the external electrical device (3). The invention is characterised in that the other end of the cable (4) includes a second connection means (1) intended to be placed inside the animal's body, said second connection means (1) comprising connectors that can establish an electrical connection between the at least one electrical wire of the cable (4) and the internal electrical device (2). The second connection means (1) also include additional connectors that can establish an electrical connection between at least one electrical wire external to the cable (4) and the internal electrical device (2), whereby the connectors of the second connection means (1) can be used for the removable connection of electrical wires.
