A user device, base station and information feedback method is disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention. The method comprises the steps of: determining a feedback period of an element in a covariance matrix based on a determining strategy; feeding back the element in the covariance matrix to a network side according to the feedback period. In the embodiments of the present invention, the element in the covariance matrix is fed back to the network side according to the feedback period determined by the determining strategy. The feedback period of the element in the covariance matrix is augmented, the feedback load is reduced, and the efficiency of the wireless communication system is improved, with ensuring that the feedback element is valid.
