A vehicle-mounted device connected with an extended device wherein destination information can be stored comprises a connection part which connects with the extended device, a destination information judgment part which judges whether the destination information stored in the extended device connected through the connection part contains a function which has to be mounted to the vehicle-mounted device, a destination information acquisition part which acquires the destination information when the destination information judgment part judges that the destination information contains the function which has to be mounted to the vehicle-mounted device, and a function changing part which changes functions set to the vehicle-mounted device according to the destination information acquired by the destination information acquisition part.
