PURPOSE: A manhole cover assembly is provided to facilitate disassembly work, since a locked manhole cover is easily released from a cover frame if necessary. CONSTITUTION: A manhole cover assembly comprises a manhole cover(3) and a cover frame(5). The manhole cover comprises multiple rainwater outlets(H1). The cover frame is laid under the surface of the manhole to assemble a manhole cover. The cover frame is formed into a cylindrical shape and has an opening at the center thereof. The cover frame comprises a flange part(F) formed along the lower part of the lower external surface thereof. The manhole cover is formed of a disk-shaped plate. The manhole cover comprises a rainwater outlet formed along the columnar direction.
