<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat resistance, chemical resistance, water repellency, low friction resistance, and dust peelability without damaging a filtration performance, regarding a filter surface processing method using finer nanofibers for fibers of cut fibers. <P>SOLUTION: The fibers of fluorine fibers, glass fibers, carbon, silica fibers, vinylidene difluoride chloride fibers, polypropylene fibers, polyester fibers, or amide fibers having the thickness less than 1μ are cut in the range of 0.4-5 mm, impregnated in liquid mixed in dispersion containing fluororesin particulates and polyimide resin particulates, and heated to 150 to 330 degrees to fix and dry resins. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
