<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device which easily avoids or prevents, as much as possible, the reception interference of emergency warning broadcast caused by the interfering of radio waves used for inter-vehicle communication though the device executes the inter-vehicle communication. <P>SOLUTION: The communication device includes: a communication part for executing information transmission in inter-vehicle communication; a reception part for receiving identification information showing whether emergency warning broadcast is under broadcasting; and a change part for changing a possibility of the information transmission or the method of the information transmission based on the identification information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
