<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate each operator to schedule his (or her) own operation in a business for examining a large number of documents by previously notifying an operation notice to the operator, and to improve the efficiency of operation, especially when an operator notifying the operation notice is a user in another section and a plurality of similar operations are to be examined and approved. <P>SOLUTION: A business navigation system displays an operation flow to navigate user's operation. The operation flow includes nodes expressing the operations of individual users and nodes expressing a workflow for examination and approval. Each node includes the standard time of an operation, and when a determination node is completed, arrival time at a node expressing an arbitrary operation which is generated in the future is predicted from an operation route and standard operation time set to nodes included in the route, and an operation provided with the operation arrival scheduled time is added to the ToDO list of a person scheduled to perform the operation of the node. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
