<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify another worker that a certain worker performs an inappropriate operation among operations of several operators. <P>SOLUTION: An operation standard DB 21 stores the content of a plurality of operations and an operation standard showing the operation sequence of the standard. A start/end information acquisition unit 31 acquires the contents of an operation to be started and start information indicating that the operation is started and the contents of the ended operation and end information showing that the operation has ended, and a start/end information memory 22 stores the start information and the end information. A decision unit 23 compares the start information and/or end information with an operation standard, and determines whether the start or end of the operation conforms to the operation standard. When determining that the start or end of any operation does not conform to the operation standard, a warning information display unit 32 displays the warning information. A transmission and receiving unit 24 transmits the warning information to the other operation support device 1, and receives the warning information from the other operation support device 1.
