<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional current control circuit that cannot supply a high-accuracy current due to temperature change. <P>SOLUTION: The current control circuit includes: a transistor 110 which controls a current flowing to a load 117; a sense resistor 113 in which a current flows in accordance with the current flowing in the transistor 110; a control signal generation circuit 121 which generates a control signal for controlling the transistor 110 on the basis of a comparison voltage which is determined on the basis of the sense resistor 113 and the current flowing in the sense resistor 113, and a predetermined reference voltage; a constant current source 119 for generating the predetermined reference voltage; and a resistor 120 connected to the constant current source 119 in series thereto for generating a reference voltage.
