METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THERMOELECTRIC TRANSDUCER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric transducer into which pores are efficiently introduced while securing strength. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the thermoelectric transducer includes: mixing raw material powder for forming the thermoelectric transducer and then kneading them into an admixture; extruding the admixture into a predetermined shape using an extruder to form an extruded body; drying and then sintering the extruded body into a sintered molding; and manufacturing the thermoelectric transducer from the sintered molding. When the raw material powder is mixed, the raw material powder differing in average particle size is mixed and molded by extrusion. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
