PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a vehicle restraining seizure by releasing and engaging a clutch when a clutch pedal is operated. SOLUTION: This control device of the vehicle having a continuously variable transmission is provided for determining target engine torque and a target engine speed based on a driving force request and a vehicle speed, by arranging the continuously variable transmission arranged in a power transmission system reaching a driving wheel from an engine, and has the clutch arranged in the power transmission system reaching the driving wheel from the engine, the clutch pedal for engaging or releasing the clutch, and computing means (S2, S3 and S4) for reflecting a manipulated variable of the clutch pedal on computation for determining the target engine torque and target engine speed.
