PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain an atomizer in successful operating state by keeping constant temperature water inside a constant temperature tank at a preset temperature level and also, a preset quantity level. SOLUTION: This constant temperature water circulating system comprises the constant temperature tank which stores the constant temperature water, a material storage container which internally stores a material to be atomized and is dipped in the constant temperature tank, a constant temperature circulating pump device which is connected with the constant temperature tank and circulates the constant temperature water, and the atomizer which is equipped with a water supply device for making up for the decreased content of the constant temperature water inside the constant temperature tank. The constant temperature circulating pump device is provided with a temperature regulating device which keeps the constant temperature water inside the constant temperature tank at a present temperature by heating the circulated constant temperature water. The water supply device supplies the constant temperature water to the inflow side of the constant temperature circulating pump device, and in turn, regulates the temperature of the constant temperature water with the help of the temperature regulating device and then supplies the temperature-regulated constant temperature water to the constant temperature tank.
