摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device having high responsiveness, capable of instantaneously switching to a measurement method, in response to the presence of pulsation by instantaneously determining the presence of pulsation. SOLUTION: A procedure for measuring an ultrasonic propagation time by switching the direction of transmission and reception between a first vibrator 2 and a second vibrator 3 is defined as a unit measurement step, and the bidirectional propagation time executed by the unit measurement step is obtained by a clocking means 12. Furthermore, the difference in two directional propagation time obtained by the clocking means 12 is obtained by a time difference detection means 16, and the amount of variation thereof is obtained by a variation amount detection means 17. In accordance with the amount of variations, the number of execution times of the unit measurement step is determined. Accordingly, the real-time circumstance determination is allowed, and the response capable of instantaneously switching to a measurement method, in response to the presence of pulsation is enhanced.
