PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation device of a switch capable of simplifying a structure of a lock mechanism in switching operation of one switch and the other switch. SOLUTION: The operation device of the switch for performing a switching operation of the contact of the switch includes: a first operation lever member 6 comprised of a plurality of shaft tubes 6A juxtaposed with a spacing, a lever 6C arranged in each shaft tube and having a coupling hole in the tip side thereof, and first coupling bodies 6D formed between the levers; a second operation lever member 7 comprised of shaft tubes 7A disposed between the shaft tubes of the first operation lever member 6, a lever 7C arranged in each shaft tube and having the coupling hole in the tip end thereof, and second coupling bodies 7D formed between the levers; rotation inhibition members 6E, 7E provided at the first or the second operation lever member and inhibiting rotation of the second or the first operation lever member; and a common support shaft inserted into the shaft tubes of the first and second operation lever members.
