PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning cooling tower performance evaluation system capable of continuously evaluating performance of a cooling tower even when the cooling tower important for heat radiation of a cooling heat source is installed on the site and normal operation is performed. SOLUTION: When performance of the cooling tower 2 installed on the site is evaluated, while inlet temperature of cooling tower water made to flow between the cooling heat source 1 and the cooling tower 2 is stabilized by forcedly achieving a predetermined stable operating state of the cooling heat source 1, a measurement part 33 measures the inlet temperature of the cooling tower water to the cooling tower 2 and outlet temperature from the cooling tower 2. Based on the temperatures, an evaluation part 33 evaluates a degree of deterioration by making a comparison with performance determined during design and manufacturing of the cooling tower 2, and makes a display part 35 display the result.
