PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball screw device having reduced size and cost. SOLUTION: The ball screw device includes a screw shaft 2 having a track groove 2a, a ball screw nut 3 screwed to the screw shaft 2 via a ball 4, a motor rotor 5 arranged concentrically with the screw shaft 2 so as to be rotated integrally with the ball screw nut 3, a motor stator 6 arranged at a position a predetermined distance far from the ball screw nut 3 in the axial direction, and a bearing 7 for supporting the ball screw nut 3. A large diameter portion 5b of the motor rotor 5 serves as the inner ring of the bearing 7, and the counter stator side end of the ball screw nut 6 is joined to a flange portion 5c at the end of the motor rotor 5 with a bolt 15.
