PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nut assembly the nut of which is prevented from being deformed when the nut is secured inside a cylindrical nut holder. SOLUTION: The nut assembly 80 secured with the nut 70 inside the nut holder 74 is formed by pressing an outer rib 104 provided on the circumference surface of one end of the nut 70 against an inner rib 106 on the nut holder 74 with first fixtures 110 and 112 and thereafter pressing the nut 70 against the inner rib 106 from the end face of another end of the nut 70 with a second fixture 120. A force necessary to secure the nut 70 on the nut holder 74 can be divided and added from two places of the outer rib 104 provided on the circumference surface of one end of the nut 70 and the end face of another end to reduce a force to press the nut 70 with the second fixture 120.
