PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect halved damper masses with high positional accuracy. SOLUTION: A first mass member 20A, a first elastic connecting body 26A, and a reinforced part 16 of a center plate 14 are fitted into an annular recess 56 of a first jig 50. A second mass member 20B and a second elastic connecting body 26B are fitted into an annular recess 66 of a second jig 60. Also, a projection 62 of the second jig 60 is fitted into a recess 52A of the first jig 50 so that the first mass member 20A and the second mass member 20B abut on each other.
