PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection control device for an internal combustion engine, accurately discriminating fuel kinds based on a deviation between the actual injection quantity of an injector and an indicated injection quantity regardless of the time degradation of the injector. SOLUTION: In an electronic control unit 10, trend maps MPA_A, MPA_B and MAP_C indicating a correspondence relation between a vehicle travel distance and the supposed value of the deviation between the actual injection quantity of the injector 20 and the indicated injection quantity are provided by the fuel kinds supposed to be used, and the fuel kinds in current use is discriminated based on the comparison of the respective trend maps MAP_A, MAP_B and MAP_C with the detected value of the deviation between the actual injection quantity of the injector 20 and the indicated injection quantity.
