PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit that a pump cannot be started due to biting of foreign substances entrained in a pump. SOLUTION: When the oil supply to equipment is stopped due to the actuation stop of the equipment, a motor 42 is controlled to drive for a short time whenever predetermined time has passed since the oil supply is stopped several times. Therefore, the foreign substances bitten in the oil pump 30 when stopping the drive of the motor 42 can be removed before the biting amount is increased with the lowering of oil temperature, thereby inhibiting that the oil pump 30 cannot be started due to biting of the foreign substances entrained in the oil pump 30.
