PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stopper for fastening a sandbag opening, capable of solving all the problems wherein a conventional method of putting a soil into a sandbag to be fastened by a string requires a working process of winding the string of the sandbag several times around the sandbag opening to be tied up, and wherein the method requires a time or skill of some extent, although the sandbags are required to be stacked up for finish thereof as quickly as possible in an emergency flood damage time or the like, by using the stopper. SOLUTION: A two-step bent type lid with a lock claw is provided in a midway of the stopper, a string penetrated preliminarily through the stopper is pressed in the first bending, the lid is fixed by the second bending, to finish the fastening only by sliding under the state, the process requires substantially no time, even a person other than a skilled person can use the stopper, in the stopper for fastening the sandbag opening.
