PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that it is difficult to prevent falling-off of an overhanging frame and a decorative frame in fitting an internal window, and that it is difficult to sufficiently secure the strength of a lower frame, where the load of a movable body of the internal window is applied in particular. SOLUTION: The overhanging frame includes an upper frame member, right and left frame members, and a lower frame member. The lower frame member is formed into a substantially U-letter shape, and the opening of the substantially U-letter shape faces a wall surface. The upper side of the U-letter shape forms an extended piece to be fixed to a building, and a lower side thereof is bent downward at substantially right angles to form a bent piece which is in contact with the wall surface of the existing building.
