PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the possibility of the feeling of a pedal changing enormously by a fixing phenomenon of the piston of a master cylinder of a BBW-type braking device. SOLUTION: A stroke simulator 26 is connected to a secondary hydraulic chamber 13A out of a primary hydraulic chamber 13B on a farther side from a brake pedal 12 of the tandem-type master cylinder 11 of the BBW-type braking device and the secondary hydraulic chamber 13A on a closer side to the brake pedal 12; hence, a secondary piston 67A which faces the secondary hydraulic chamber 13A can move forward even in case the primary piston 67B of the master cylinder 11 is fixed since the secondary hydraulic chamber 13A connected to the stroke simulator 26 can be reduced in volume and a brake pedal 12 connected to the secondary piston 67A can be stamped on to eliminate the uncomfortable feeling of a driver.
