摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airbag ignition circuit, and an integrated circuit device, which reduce power losses in a driver for igniting a squib. SOLUTION: A voltage drop control unit 21 detects the value of a current running in a resistance element R1, turns on/off transistor Tr2 as an N-channel MOSFET to which the voltage boosted by a boosting converter 10 is applied based on the detected current value, and controls the output current to be the predetermined value. The voltage drop control unit 21 outputs the output voltage for a period in which an ignition IC 30 instructs the ignition signal as an EN signal to be input in the third input.
