PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jigsaw puzzle and a jigsaw puzzle set which can reduce consumption power. SOLUTION: This jigsaw puzzle 2 is equipped with a plurality of pieces 5. Either one of the pieces 5 is a light-emitting piece 6. The light-emitting piece 6 includes: a base material 11; a back surface electrode 12 which is installed on the surface of the base material 11; an EL light-emitting part including a dielectric layer 13 and an EL light-emitting layer 14 which are installed on the back surface electrode 12; a transparent electrode 15 which is installed on the EL light-emitting part; electrode terminals 16 and 17 which are installed on a side surface of the base material 11, and are connected with the back surface electrode 12; and electrode terminals 18 and 19 which are installed on a side surface of the base material 11, and are connected with the transparent electrode 15.
