PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten stand-by time of a customer at a staff-operated window terminal of a station. SOLUTION: The staff-operated window terminal for shortening the stand-by time of a customer includes; a staff display/input part for enabling a staff to perform input processing; a semi-automatic unit to be operated by the customer; a display/operation part mounted on the semi-automatic unit for enabling the customer to display and confirm information for issuing a ticket; a ticket issuing part for printing a medium and reading and writing incorporated data for inputting information for issuing a ticket; a cash handling part mounted on the semi-automatic unit for receiving paper money and coins and paying change; and a control part for performing the control o the above parts.
