PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copper alloy material for electrical and electronic parts, which has high mechanical strength and high bendability, and formed by using a Cu-Zr alloy with a high conductivity and rolling the same. SOLUTION: The copper alloy material for electrical and electronic parts is obtained by rolling the copper alloy including 0.01-0.5 mass% of zirconium (Zr) and the balance being copper (Cu) and unavoidable impurities. The orientation distribution density of Brass orientation in a texture of the copper alloy material is ≤20, and the sum of the respective orientation distribution densities of Brass orientation, S orientation and Copper orientation ranges from 10 to 50.
