PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a fitting appliance which affects the sitting environment of a sitting passenger to be installed on a main supporting surface section by making the turning axis of a movable supporting surface section a plurality of axes per side in a headrest of a seat equipped with the main supporting surface section which supports the head section rear surface of the sitting passenger, and the movable supporting surface section which is arranged on both sides of the main supporting surface section and can turn in the longitudinal direction. SOLUTION: On the main supporting surface section 14, the fitting appliance (a massaging apparatus 70) which affects the sitting environment of the sitting passenger is constituted. For the movable supporting surface section 16, a plurality of movable supporting section pieces 44 and 56 per side are connected turnably in the longitudinal direction by a plurality of shafts 36 and 52. Also, the plurality of shafts 36 and 52 avoid the fitting appliance by being bent when seen by the correct back surface view of the main supporting surface section 14. The movable supporting section pieces 44 and 56 are connected with each other by an elastic body 60. Thus, the movable supporting section pieces 44 and 56 turn in the longitudinal direction to the main supporting surface section 14 by interlocking with each other when a turning operation force is applied to the movable supporting section pieces 44 and 56.
