<p>To control each of first and second drive transistors by first pre-driver and second pre-drivers, with rounding near the operating threshold of a first drive transistor and a second drive transistor, a first driver control signal and a second driver control signal are generated to rapidly change after the rounding. Thus, the changes in the outputs of the first and the second drive transistors become steep, and the through current flowing therein and the generation of noise are suppressed, and high-speed operation becomes possible. Furthermore, by unifying a drive transistor circuit combining a first and a second drive transistor having large areas, the chip area becomes smaller.</p> |
