<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus for contributing to the improvement of the convenience of a user. <P>SOLUTION: A period extension permission document extraction unit 77 applies a prescribed period extension rule to a storage period arrival document, and extracts a period extension permission document from the storage period arrival document.
