<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power plant having improved practicality by reducing restrictions for installation places and by obtaining a sufficient amount of power generation. <P>SOLUTION: The power plant 1 includes: a piezoelectric element 2 including a piezoelectric layer 7 made of a piezoelectric material between a pair of electrodes 6, 6; a diaphragm 3 connected to the piezoelectric element 2; and an air flow stabilizing plate 4 for straightening the direction of the flow of fluid supplied to the diaphragm 3 so that the direction of flow of the fluid does not become parallel with a face direction of the diaphragm 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
