<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent electrode endowed with high conductivity and transparency as well as superb smoothness even after environmental test under high-temperature and high-humidity environments, and excellent in stability (all-light transmittance, surface resistance, and surface roughness (Ra, Ry)), a method for manufacturing the transparent electrode, and an organic electroluminescent element excellent in emission uniformity using the transparent electrode. <P>SOLUTION: The transparent electrode provided with a conductive fiber, conductive polymer, and water-soluble binder resin on a transparent base material contains 1 to 200% by mass of the water-soluble binder resin to the conductive polymer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
