<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a decorative plastic molded article, capable of decorating with a derivative multilayer film even it is a molded article having irregularity. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the decorative plastic molded article, the derivative multilayer film is formed on a flatly disposed plastic film through a vapor deposition method, and a decorative film 16 having a decorative surface is manufactured first. Next, the decorative film 16 is disposed in a mold composed of first and second mold pieces 31, 32 so that the surface on which the derivative multilayer film is formed becomes a contact surface side with molten plastic. The molten plastic 35 is pressurized and filled in the mold, and the decorative film 16 is deformed in a predetermined irregular shape under the pressure according to a mold inner surface shape. A lid 11 as the decorative plastic molded article integrated with the decorative film 16 is prepared by holding and solidifying the molten plastic 35 in the mold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
