<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a device for measuring a cross section of radar reflection which facilitates manufacture of a support base, while preventing lowering of measuring accuracy of RCS of a real target. <P>SOLUTION: A screen 3 for radio wave shielding is disposed between a turntable 1 and a radar device 2. Besides, the screen 3 for radio wave shielding interrupts a transmitted radio wave 7 from a transmission antenna 8. Thereby the arrival of the transmitted radio wave 7 from the transmission antenna 8 at the turntable 1 is obstructed. Moreover, the screen 3 for radio wave shielding has first and second radio wave shielding plates 10 and 11. The first and second radio wave shielding plates 10 and 11 are formed of a metal material. The screen 3 for radio wave shielding has an edge line 12 formed by joining the mutual end parts of the first and second radio wave shielding plates 10 and 11.
