<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical apparatus such as a lighting device for a discharge lamp wherein the distal end portion of an insulating sheet is easily laid on top of another with the insulating sheet properly placed on a base cover. <P>SOLUTION: A pair of vertical wall portions 32a, 32b of the insulating sheet 3 are deformed so that their distal end portions incline inward by abutting on the inner surface of the top plate 5a or inclined plate 5b of a cover case 5 fitted to a base case 2 and being elastically bent. Since a bent portion 39 is formed on the distal end portion side of one vertical wall portion 32a, the distal end porion side is deformed while inclining further toward the base case 2 side than the distal end portion of the other vertical wall portion 32b. The distal end portion is laid on top of another in the inside of the top plate 5a so that the distal end portion side of one vertical wall portion 32a, where the bent portion 39 is formed, gets into the inside, and a process to lay the distal end portion of the insulating sheet 3 on top of another by an automatic assembling device is easily materialized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
