PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a coke oven riser, which structure can surely prevent a coke oven gas from leaking to the atmosphere even when the riser is inclined owing to the deformation of body bricks of the coke oven. SOLUTION: The mounting structure of the coke oven riser 2 is provided with: the coke oven 1; the coke oven riser 2; a seal gasket 16 which is arranged on the outer periphery of the bottom end of the coke oven riser 2 and used for sealing the space between the top of the coke oven 1 and the bottom end of the coke oven riser 2; and a seal gasket pressing unit 10 for pressing the seal gasket 16 toward the top side of the coke oven. The seal gasket pressing unit 10 is provided with: a riser outer periphery press ring 15 fitted to the coke oven riser 2 for pressing the seal gasket 16; and a pressurizing member 13 for pressing the riser outer periphery press ring 15 to the side of the seal gasket 16.
