PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new pyrimidine derivatives, some types of the new pyrimidine derivatives, their production method, their use as pharmaceuticals, and pharmaceutical compositions comprising them. SOLUTION: The pyrimidine derivatives are expressed by formula I [wherein R is selected from 6-10C aryl, 5-10C heteroaryl, 3-12C cycloalkyl and 3-10C heterocycloalkyl; and R0-R6are as defined specifically].
